What Should I Engrave On My Medical ID Tag - Select the most important medical information, in case you cannot speak for yourself. You will be limited by the number of characters per line on the tag you select. Most choose to have their first name or full name, ICE (In Case of Emergency) telephone number, ailments, and medications listed. All personal information is best suited for the underside of the tag in order to ensure that your privacy is hidden. This is a general guide and these are only suggestions. Please consult your physician for the most critical information to put on your medical identification tag.

How to Measure Your Wrist for a Medical ID Bracelet - Please measure carefully before you order! Use a soft cloth measuring tape or string. Wrap the tape measure around smallest part of your left wrist where the wrist bends. Be sure to take a "close" fit. Once you obtain your measurement, add one inch to get your correct size. The extra added inch is needed to allow for the tag, two lobster clasps, and beads. This formula ensures that your jewelry will have a comfortable fit. If you already have an interchangeable strand but would like to purchase one of ours please measure your current beaded strand from end to end including the clasps. This dimension will be need to create your new interchangeable strand. NOTE: PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY - There is a nominal charge of $5 + shipping for resizing.

IMPORTANT - Virtue Vintage does not sell Medical ID tags or engrave at the present time. However, ID Tags Online has a great selection and reasonable prices to choose from.
