Company Policy - All beads and parts are subject to availability. We do our very best to duplicate the item you have selected, and come as close as possible. If the exact bead is not available, we reserve the right to substitute. Customized orders are non-refundable. Prices subject to change without notice.

Product Guarantee - Our products come with a 90-day guarantee from the date we ship. We guarantee against defects in workmanship under normal use. We do not guarantee jewelry when worn in water or during sports. We do not cover wear & tear.
Shipping - Please allow 2-3 weeks (business days only) to receive your jewelry.
Sales Tax -Sals tax will be applied at the checkout. Sales within California will be charged a sales tax of 8.25%.
